Questions parents ask
What photo works best?
A sharp, front-facing photo of the face in good light. One photo is enough - the AI does the rest.
How long does delivery take?
We print on demand. Production plus shipping is typically a few days within the EU.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. The figurine is printed in PLA and the markers are water-based acrylic - non-toxic and odour-free.
What if I don't like the designs?
You get 3 free designs every month, and you only pay when you order the physical figurine.
What's the difference between the two finishes?
Paint Kit arrives raw with 5 real markers - you paint it. Pre-Printed arrives already printed in full colour - nothing to do.
